Mike Marconi - President of Orange Coast Title Lender Services Group, Chief Operating Officer of Orange Coast Title Company of Northern & Southern California, Executive Vice President of Orange Coast Title Family of Companies including National Asset Management Group (NAMG) and Integrated Lender Services (ILS). Mr. Marconi recently celebrated 30 years with Orange Coast Title in February, 2020. Mr. Marconi was instrumental in Orange Coast Title's Southern California expansion with the acquisition of Record Title Company in 1990. Mr. Marconi later oversaw the development and creation of the Lender Services Group which creates products and services for banks, credit unions and institutional lenders alike. Mr. Marconi currently serves as Treasurer of California Land Title Association. Mr. Marconi is also an active member of American Land Title Association, National Mortgage Bankers Association and California Trustee's Association concurrently. Mr. Marconi graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Economics.
Barbara Koorey - Sr. Vice President and General Manager - Ms. Koorey has been with Orange Coast Title Company since 1997. She is directly responsible for senior management oversight of our lender title operations, escrow operations and the national default management operation. Barbara's responsibilities include: divisional profitability of four companies, including expense management, divisional strategic planning for both internal operations and sales, the maintaining/developing of critical client relationships, and key operations and sales personnel retention/acquisition. Barbara received her Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy School of Law in Walnut Creek, California in 1992. She currently holds a California Broker's License and is an active member of the State Bar of California.
Missy Harvey - First Vice President and Assistant General Manager - Mrs. Harvey has been with Orange Coast Title Company and its Family of Companies since January 2017 and is directly responsible for senior management oversight of our lender title & escrow operation. Missy's national responsibilities include: divisional profitability, including expense management, divisional strategic planning for both internal operations and sales, the maintaining/developing of critical client relationships, key operations and sales personnel retention/acquisition. Division oversight includes title production as well as escrow operations for the national Origination and Default platform. Prior to joining Orange Coast Title Company, Missy held the title of Senior Vice President of Operations with ServiceLink.

Ken serves as Assistant Vice President and has responsibility for all lines of business within the Pittsburgh office of Orange Coast Lender Services. Ken brings over 18 years of experience in the title and closing industry, and has been instrumental in the development and expansion of the lender division. He has been with Orange Coast since 2016, and is also a licensed title agent in multiple states.
Mike Moffatt recently joined Orange Coast Lender Services as AVP Finance. In this role he oversees all Finance and Treasury functions as well as Funding and Post Closing. Mike brings 20 years of title industry financial management experience to the organization. He has a bachelor's in Accounting from Duquesne University and earned his MBA from Robert Morris University. He has been a active CPA in the state of Pennsylvania for 25 years.
Tabitha serves as Director of Origination Services for Orange Coast Lender Services. Tabitha brings over 20 years of origination experience, and is focused on the performance and delivery of our Refinance, HELOC and Private Wealth divisions. She has been with Orange Coast since 2016.
Kristin serves as the Manager of Title Production and Vendor Management for Orange Coast Lender Services. Kristin is focused on delivering a quality title product in a short timeframe to our lender and servicer clients. She also has responsibility over our vendor network. Kristin began her career in the title and closing industry with Orange Coast Lender Services, and has been with the company since then.
Janet serves as the Manager of Disbursements, Accounting and our Post-Close/ Recording divisions. Janet is focused on ensuring that our SLA's are met related to the disbursement and post-close/recording process. She also has responsibility over our Accounting department. Janet brings over 16 years of title and closing experience, and joined Orange Coast Lender Services in 2013.
Stacy serves as the Underwriter Agency Contact, and Manager of Orange Coast Lender Services' Policy division. Since Stacy joined Orange Coast in 2009, Stacy has been responsible for the daily oversight of policy production and underwriter communication. She is also responsible for claims processing, should any arise.
Alisha serves as our in-house underwriting support, and Foreclosure Title Manager. In her role, she is responsible for the overall clearance process for our Pittsburgh operations, and the service and delivery of our Foreclosure Title Product. Alisha brings more than 21 years of title experience in both the origination and default space.
Carrie serves as the ResWare Administrator for Orange Coast Lender Services. In her role, she is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the title and escrow software. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the title industry, and has extensive knowledge and experience in deploying title and closing software as well as process optimization. Prior to joining Orange Coast, Carrie conducted title and escrow system training, facilitated client, state, and underwriter audits, and managed various other compliance-related tasks. Carrie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Manager of the Post closing team and Recording divisions. Michelle oversees the auditing and recording of closing documents for client satisfaction, as well as ensuring SLA'S of delivery to the client are met. She brings over 10 years of experience in the title and closing industry.
Rachel is head of our Order Entry department and Vendor Management team. Her focus is on maintaining a strong vendor network to ensure quality products are delivered to our clients.
Ed Jankoski serves as the Manager for the Default Division for Orange Coast Lender Services. Ed brings over 10 years of experience in the title industry and help lead the way in the ever growing Default industry. Ed has been a part of the Orange Coast team since 2019.
Client Relations Specialist
Julie serves as the Client Relations Specialist for Orange Coast Lender Services. Julie brings over 20 years experience in sales and client relations management. Julie provides clients with excellent experience and facilitate client retention by building strong customer relationships.
